Street to Home 

Auckland City Mission are proud to introduce Street to Home, aiming to support people's journey from living on the streets to a sustainable home.

Using a strengths-based approach we walk alongside clients, focusing on recovery & wellbeing. Using Te Whare Tapa Wha principles to guide our approach we provide a single source of connection to a range of supports to improve healthcare, mental wellbeing, recovery from addiction, and assistance to reconnect with family, whanau & community.


We are now looking for an experienced Team Administrator to cover maternity leave for 12 months.


As Team Administrator you will be the glue that binds the service together. You will support all administrative duties across Street to Home, ensure administrative operational and reporting procedures are followed and coordinate stakeholder activities to keep the service compliant and running smoothly.

Your exceptional organisation and time management skills will enable you to juggle multiple tasks and re-prioritise as things change including;

· Coordinating multiple meetings for service team leads

· Compile minutes and documentation for a range of internal & external meetings

· Pull data to deliver a range or reports in line with our internal and contractual obligations

· Complete and distribute monthly board reports

· Data entry into the clinical database

· Coordinate clinical appointments

· Manage health & safety reporting and compliance

· Assist with recruitment & Other administrative duties as required


To be successful you will be an experienced self-starter, confident in your ability and able to work strategically whilst being flexible with BAU tasks. You will have excellent data entry, excel and reporting capabilities, great attention to detail and ideally understand the health and social services sector. This is a busy but interesting role where no two days will be the same.
