Support Services Coordinator - Monday to Friday – 0700 - 1530
About the role
The Support Service Coordinator based at a 16-bed transitional site in the Auckland CBD. Responsible for all aspects of accommodation sustainability, and for being the support liaison across multiple services internal and external of Auckland City Mission.
The purpose of the Support Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of Union Street apartments, ensuring compliance with resident charter rules, and maintaining high occupancy levels.
In this role you will conduct inspections, facilitate sign-ups, manage vacancies within prescribed timeframes, and complete the end of accommodation process, this includes rent arrears and relevant documentation.
The coordinator also addresses anti-social behaviour, ensures the safety and well-being of residents, and works to foster an environment that is trauma-informed, culturally appropriate and inclusive.
