Outreach Keyworker
About the role
In this role, you will support people to access health, housing, and other social services, using Housing First and Tāiki principles to guide your practice.
Working as part of a diverse team, you will engage with people proactively and through agency and community referrals. Using strong case management and advocacy skills, you will build trust, identify immediate and long-term needs, and respond through a strengths-based approach.
Outreach Keyworkers support individuals and families across a range of settings, primarily community and public spaces, as well as Mission sites and emergency housing.
We value learning and growth. You will be supported on your unique journey through mentoring and on the job development as part of the wider Mission community committed to meaningful, values-led work.
