Office Administrator - Kaiwhakahaere Tari

About the role 

The Office Administrator provides administrative support to the Tenancy Management Team. The role includes preparation and management of tenancy documentation and data, ensuring processes and procedures are fit for purpose and implemented and general duties associated with managing tenancies.

What you will be doing

  • Prepare tenancy documentation including welcome packs, letters, notices and forms (bonds etc).
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager as required.
  • Input of data into tenancy system. 
  • Organise meetings and events as required.
  • Maintain accurate data on tenancies, updating lists as required.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in office administration.
  • Capacity to demonstrate through actions commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the Mission’s values of Manaakitanga, Atawhai, Rangapū and Mana Tika, Mana Ōrite
  • Data Entry experience.
  • Confident with document, template formatting Mail merge & etext 
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence.
